We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with all tags attached.
Certain items, such as custom-made or final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Process
